All marks, names, illustrations, logos, images, content, and other intellectual property on Beatepathco.com remains exclusive property of Miles Wesley Dittmar & BEATEN PATH CO LLC. You must be granted permission of Miles Wesley Dittmar and/or BEATEN PATH CO LLC to copy, reproduce, republish, or post any material that is home to Beatenpathco.com. Any attempt to reproduce our name or logo will result in a serious fine or further actions if necessary. Beatenpathco.com uses a safe and secure third party called, Stripe.com to verify payment and collect data from customers. Stripe.com is widely used throughout ecommerce websites and ensures all customers data is safe and secure. The SSL certification you'll see in the bottom left of your cart, ensures that all your information is private, safe, and secure.

Returns & Exchanges

Any customer wishing to make a return or exchange is responsible for shipping the product back to Beaten Path Co. Beaten Path Co will gladly accept returns on unused and unwashed products within 30 days of purchase. 

How to return and exchange:

Return your item(s) by using your own carrier, such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.  Please note before returning your Beaten Path Co product(s) you must notify us about the return via: Beatenpathsup@gmail.com. Please include a note inside your package including your name, order number, and write "return".

Note that all items sent from Beaten Path Co headquarters has already been thoroughly inspected by our staff. If an item is returned to us stained or damaged, you will not receive a refund. We do not grant refunds or returns on sale items. 

Exchanges:

Keep in mind that exchanges are handled as returns. Once we've received your item(s) in our PO Box, you will receive a refund on the item to the card you used to purchase the item(s). Next, you can shop on our site for the item(s) you are interested in exchanging for. 

Insufficient address:

In the case of an insufficient address occurring, due to a customer error when entering their shipping address, the package will be returned to sender by our shipping provider: USPS or UPS. Please note, this will be handled as a return and you will receive a full refund on the product minus the shipping charge. Next, you can shop on our site to make another purchase and enter the address you intended to enter in the original purchase.
